LASAGNE AL FORNO (ITALIAN BEEF LASAGNA)

• 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
• 1 tsp Sea salt flakes and pepper
• 1 tsp Sea salt salt and pepper

• 1 tbsp Olive oil
Dairy
• 5 tbsp Butter
• 4 cups Milk, full fat
• 2 balls Mozzarella
• 1 cup Parmesan
Beer, Wine & Liquor
• 1 cups Red wine
